Delivery Information

Nationwide delivery across the Philippines with reliable couriers and safe Cash on Delivery service.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines. All orders are dispatched from our base in Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur and shipped securely to your door, wherever you are.

Delivery partners

We work with Flash Express and other trusted couriers. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched so you always know where your order is.

Delivery times

  • Most areas nationwide: delivery is usually within 7–10 days from dispatch.
  • Metro Manila & many Luzon locations: often arrive towards the earlier part of the 7–10 day window.
  • Visayas, Mindanao & remote / island areas: may be closer to the upper end of the 7–10 days or slightly longer.

Delivery may take slightly longer during holidays, typhoons, or peak shopping seasons, depending on the courier network.

Delivery service & fees

We offer a simple and fair delivery system — transparent, nationwide, and handled by reliable couriers. Our standard delivery fee is PHP 100 nationwide, with Free Delivery when you spend PHP 2,000 or more. Any current delivery promos or free-delivery thresholds are automatically applied at checkout.

Important: once parcels are handed over to the courier, transit time and handling are under the courier’s control. We cannot personally control each step of their process, but we will help follow up and raise claims where appropriate.

If a box arrives clearly crushed, torn, soaked or leaking, please do not accept the parcel and ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay only when your groceries arrive. COD is available nationwide for all regions served by our partner couriers. Your order will be confirmed, packed carefully in Tukuran, and delivered to your door.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the courier can’t reach you, they may attempt again or arrange branch pickup. Please ensure your contact number is active and someone is available to receive the order, or leaves clear instructions with reception/security if you live in a condo or subdivision.
