Free delivery: on orders over ₱3,000

How delivery works at UK Food Store

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines using J&T Express. Orders are packed carefully from our locally stocked British groceries and prepared for safe transit.

Once your parcel is handed to J&T, we send a tracking number so you can follow progress. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear in the courier system.

Order processing & packing

Checked before packing: items are verified before sealing the parcel.
Protective packing: layered packing to reduce movement in transit.
Chiller care: temperature-sensitive items are stored appropriately before dispatch.
Clear labelling: parcels are labelled clearly for smooth courier processing.

Below are typical working-day estimates:

Metro Manila & nearby (SP / priority service): typically 4–6 working days
Visayas: typically 4–6 working days
Mindanao: typically 2–4 working days

These are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, holidays, typhoons or courier routing schedules.

Please keep your phone reachable on delivery day in case the courier needs directions.
If a parcel arrives clearly crushed, torn, soaked or leaking, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
