We stock genuine British groceries so you can enjoy the flavours you grew up with, wherever you live in the Philippines. From Weetabix and Yorkshire Tea to Bisto gravy and Fray Bentos pies, we make it easy to enjoy proper home comforts without a suitcase full of food.

Whether you’re a long-term British expat, a Filipino with a taste for UK brands, or a family with mixed roots, our goal is the same: to bring a small but important piece of Britain to your kitchen cupboard.

Quality first – only authentic UK brands

We focus on the everyday brands UK families know and trust. Heinz, Cadbury, McVitie’s, Marmite — and of course Fray Bentos. Alongside these staples, we bring in seasonal arrivals like Easter eggs, Christmas puddings and festive gift tins whenever shipping allows.

Each shipment is checked by hand before it goes on our shelves or into our chillers. If we’re not happy with a product, it never makes it into a customer order.

Where your order comes from

All of our stock is genuine UK-imported product, checked carefully on arrival and stored safely in our facility in Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur until it is ready to ship. Temperature-sensitive items are kept in chillers until just before packing.

Every parcel is packed by hand. We use sturdy cartons, smart positioning of heavier tins and protective packing around biscuits, chocolates and jars, so your order has the best chance of arriving in good condition — even after a long journey.

Service – real people, real care

We’re a small family-run business, not a huge warehouse. When you message UK Food Store, you’ll always be speaking to a real person, not a bot. We’re happy to help with questions, substitutions, best-before checks or product photos before dispatch.

Customer trust matters most. We’d rather explain stock honestly and suggest good alternatives than ship something we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves.

Delivery – nationwide with care

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines using reliable courier partners. Most parcels are sent with Cash on Delivery, so you can pay the rider in cash when the box arrives.

Delivery times vary by region, courier routing and season. We aim to dispatch promptly and provide full tracking once your parcel is handed over, so you can follow delivery progress.

Important: once parcels are handed to the courier, transit time and handling are under the courier’s control. We can’t reroute shipments that are already in their network, but we will help follow up where needed.

If a box arrives clearly crushed, torn, soaked or leaking, please do not accept the parcel. Ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender and contact us with details so we can assist.
