Cash on Delivery & GCash in the Philippines
Choose the payment method that suits you best — pay the J&T rider in cash when your parcel arrives, or pay by GCash after checkout and save ₱80 on nationwide delivery.
Delivery cost
- Cash on Delivery: ₱300 nationwide
- Pay by GCash: ₱220 nationwide — save ₱80 on delivery
- Free delivery: on orders over ₱4,000
The ₱80 GCash saving is applied automatically at checkout when you select GCash as your payment method. No coupon code is required.
How Cash on Delivery works
Choose Cash on Delivery during checkout and place your order as normal.
- No card or online banking is required.
- Your parcel will be prepared and sent using J&T Express.
- Please have the correct cash available for the rider when your parcel arrives.
- We will send your tracking information once your parcel has been packed and dispatched.
How GCash payment works
Save ₱80 on delivery when you pay by GCash
Choose GCash – Save ₱80 on Delivery during checkout. Your normal ₱300 nationwide delivery charge will automatically be reduced to ₱220.
After you complete checkout, your order confirmation page will display the UK Food Store GCash account name and number needed to make your payment.
Our GCash payment details are not displayed publicly on the website or during normal browsing. They are only shown after a customer has completed checkout using the GCash payment option.
Once you have sent your payment, we will confirm when it has been received and begin preparing your order.
When your parcel is packed and ready for dispatch, we will send your J&T tracking details and parcel photographs.
Orders over ₱4,000
Orders over ₱4,000 receive FREE delivery, whether you choose Cash on Delivery or GCash.
Because delivery is already free on these orders, the additional ₱80 GCash delivery saving does not apply.
Estimated delivery times by region
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier routing. Below are typical working-day estimates:
- Metro Manila & nearby (SP / priority service): typically 4–6 working days
- Visayas: typically 4–6 working days
- Mindanao: typically 2–4 working days
- Islands & remote island destinations: typically 10–15 working days
These are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, holidays, typhoons, weather conditions, ferry schedules, remote-area routing or other courier delays.
