Ordering & payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — nationwide. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the driver when your order arrives. See full details on our COD page.

Are there extra fees for COD?

No separate COD fee. Our standard delivery is ₱100 per order nationwide, or Free Delivery on orders of ₱2,000 or more. Any current promos are applied automatically at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Message us as soon as possible on Messenger or WhatsApp so we can adjust your order before it leaves our facility in Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Delivery & tracking

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur and delivered nationwide via our courier partners. Delivery usually takes around 7–10 days to most areas of the Philippines. Remote or island locations may take a little longer, especially during holidays, typhoons or peak shopping periods.

How do I track my parcel?

We ship via Flash Express and other trusted partners. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can check status here:

What if the courier misses me?

The courier will usually re-attempt delivery or arrange branch pickup. Please keep your phone on, make sure your number is correct at checkout, and add clear delivery notes (landmarks, gate instructions, reception/security details for condos, etc.).

What if the box looks badly damaged when it arrives?

If the parcel is clearly crushed, torn, soaked or leaking when the rider arrives, please do not accept the parcel. Ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender and, if possible, take a quick photo. This helps us claim back from the courier and support you properly.

Products & freshness

Are your products authentic?

Yes — we stock genuine UK brands (Heinz, Cadbury, McVitie’s, Marmite, Fray Bentos, Yorkshire Tea and more) imported from the UK and stored carefully until dispatch.

How do you handle chilled or fragile items?

Cold items are kept in chillers in Tukuran until dispatch and insulated for transit. Fragile jars and tins are reinforced. Please refrigerate or freeze chilled items as soon as your parcel arrives.

Returns & refunds

What’s your return / issue window for food items?

Because we sell food and grocery items, we operate a short inspection window. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist, especially for chilled, frozen or perishable products.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect inside the box?

If you discover damage or incorrect items after opening, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the shipping label, box, and affected products. We will review and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

For boxes that are obviously crushed, torn or wet at the door, it’s best not to accept the parcel and ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender.
