If you send us a message about an order, please include your order number, full name and mobile number so we can find your details quickly.

Business hours

We reply daily from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PHT). Messages outside these hours are usually answered the next day.

During very busy periods (like Christmas and major shipment arrivals) replies may take a little longer, but we do our best to keep you updated and never ignore messages on purpose.

Orders, tracking & Cash on Delivery

Our standard delivery fee is PHP 100 nationwide, with Free Delivery when you spend PHP 2,000 or more. Delivery usually takes around 7–10 days to most areas of the Philippines; remote or island locations may take a little longer.

Important: once parcels are handed over to the courier, transit time and handling are under the courier’s control. We cannot speed up or reroute shipments that are already in their network.

If a box arrives clearly crushed, torn, soaked or leaking, please do not accept the parcel. Ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender, take a quick photo if you can, and contact us so we can assist.

For food items that arrive with an issue you only notice after opening, please contact us with clear photos within 24 hours so we can review and help where possible.

Product questions & feedback

You’re always welcome to ask about ingredients, allergen information, best-before dates, portion sizes or possible substitutions before we dispatch your order. We can send photos of labels or boxes from our chillers and shelves if that helps.

Your feedback also helps us improve our range and service — whether it’s a product you’d like us to stock, or a suggestion about how we pack and ship.
