Terms & Conditions

1. General

Welcome to UK Food Store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping.

2. Products & availability

All products shown are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, some items may sell out or arrive in limited quantities. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always honour the price at checkout.

4. Orders

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email. Please review your details carefully. If there are errors, contact us immediately to correct them before dispatch from our facility in Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur.

5. Payment options

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide and selected online payment methods. COD orders require full payment upon delivery. Refusal to pay or accept the parcel without a valid reason may result in account restrictions.

6. Delivery

Nationwide delivery is handled by Flash Express and trusted partner couriers. Orders are dispatched from Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur and delivered across the Philippines.

Our standard delivery rate is a flat ₱100 per order nationwide, with Free Delivery on orders of ₱2,000 or more. Delivery usually takes around 7–10 days to most areas, with remote or island locations sometimes taking longer, especially during holidays or bad weather. Once parcels are handed over to the courier, transit time and handling are under the courier’s control. We will assist with follow-up and claims where appropriate, but we cannot personally control each step of the courier’s internal process.

7. Returns & refunds

Because we mainly sell food and grocery items, we operate a short inspection window. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist. 8. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box, shipping label, and affected products. This helps us assess the issue and work with our courier partners where necessary.

If the parcel is clearly crushed, torn open, soaked or leaking at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel. Ask the rider to mark it as damaged/return-to-sender. For accepted parcels with internal damage or mistakes, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

9. Product information

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images. However, product packaging, ingredients, or best-before dates may vary slightly due to supplier updates. Always check labels and allergens before consuming.

10. Liability

UK Food Store is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, accidents, or system outages. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased for that order.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
